Xiaomi has launched its latest foldable smartphone, the Mix Fold 4, boasting an ultra-slim design and significant improvements in durability. This new device aims to compete with top-tier foldables like Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold series and Honor's Magic V3.

The Mix Fold 4 stands out with its remarkably thin profile:

While not quite as slim as the Honor Magic V3, it's substantially thinner than Samsung's offerings. The device weighs just 226-228 grams, thanks to Xiaomi's use of T800H high-strength carbon fiber in key components.
Most notably, Xiaomi claims a 300% increase in impact resistance compared to its predecessor. This improvement comes from the extensive use of carbon fiber in the hinge, screen lining, and battery compartment.
